Hunting Terms
and Conditions
- A deposit of 50% of the total daily rates for the duration of the safari is
required to confirm the booking.
- The balance is payable 90 days before the safari.
- Trophy fees are payable on all animals killed or wounded and lost, prior
to departure.
- Deposits are not refundable, however by negotiation, can be transferred or
carried over to the following season.
- All payments are to be made in cash, traveller or bank guaranteed cheques only.
- 14% Value Added Tax is payable on any animals, wounded and lost, or not
exported.
- Every reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and good health of clients
will be taken. However, no liability will be accepted for injury, loss or
illness, before, during or after the safari.
- We recommend both reliable taxidermists and/or shipping agents. Should
you decide to use your own, no responsibility whatsoever will be accepted
by us for any loss or damage occurring to your trophies prior to, during
or after packing, shipping, tanning and mounting.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
We are committed to provide you with an unforgettable African wildlife
experience. Our professional hunters are dedicated and experienced
ethical sportsmen, and will ensure that you can look back on your safari
and the manner in which each trophy was taken, with pride. We will
strive to ensure that you bag record book trophies and our skinners
have the ability to prepare and treat trophies with the utmost care
and attention.
We will do our utmost to select mature, but top quality trophy specimens for
you, which will be hunted in fair chase. To do this, you will be required to
walk fair distances at times, and endure the heat/cold and thirst. A good, clean
shot is the finale! Hunting plays a major role in our conservation efforts in
Africa. The mature animals we select as trophies and the ethical professional
image we portray as hunters, ensures that hunting our hunting areas are regarded
as some of the finest in Southern Africa, but the emphasis is placed on the thrill
of the chase. The memories of the sights/sounds/smells, together with the people
and atmosphere of Africa, will haunt you until your return.
